Warm Snoek Tart
Ingredients:
 
1.20 kg frozen puff pastry (3 x 400 g rolls) 
250 ml white sauce 
1 kg smoked snoek, deboned and flaked 
2 onions, finely chopped and browned 
150 g mature cheddar cheese, grated 
salt and pepper to taste 

Method:
 
Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Cut into rounds and place into 8 individual flan dishes.
Bake the pastry blind for 10 minutes.
First ladle in a little white sauce, followed by flaked snoek, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Repeat the layers once more, ending with a topping of white sauce.
Cover with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
