| Baked Avocado with Snoek |

Cooking time: 10 min Ingredients: 1 medium avocado 125 ml smoked snoek, flaked 125 ml creamy mayonnaise freshly ground black pepper to taste Method: Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Halve the avocado and remove the pip. Mix half the mayonnaise with the snoek and season generously with black pepper. Fill the avocado halves with the snoek mixture and top with the remaining mayonnaise. Bake for 10 minutes until warmed through and serve with mixed lettuce and olives.
