Chub Mackerel with Black Olives
Ingredients: 
 
90 grams marinated chub mackerel
30 grams spring onion
5 black olives
Extra virgin olive oil

Method:
 
Clean and bone the mackerel and place on the dish in the shape of a cross.
Finely chop the spring onion and add to the mackerel. Decorate with the black olives and sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
