Mich’s Dishes – Lemon Butter Prawns

INGREDIENTS
- 800g deveined 16/20 prawns
- Fresh Lemons
- Butter
- Garlic (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure your prawns are deveined. Robberg does sell the deveined, so life is made easy for you.
- Heat the butter in a wok, add the prawns, butter, and garlic.
- Keep tossing the prawns.
- When prawns turn pink, they are ready.
- Serve with tartare sauce or peri-peri on the side.
